I was in another state that didn't accept my home state's insurance when I developed a urinary tract infection. Not being wealthy "presently" :), it would have been very challenging to have to lay out the money being asked for by a walk-in clinic or a doctor's office. I awoke with a painful UTI, had a busy weekend scheduled with kids, and my primary doctor was unavailable. I had heard about MDProactive but was skeptical about it . . . but also desperate. I called and a doctor called me within 10 minutes. I was given his name so I googled him in the meantime and he had 25 years of experience. He was professional and kind and within 1 hour I had a prescription called into my pharmacy and was on medication to cure me. I hope to never be in that situation again, but if I am I will not hesitate!

Yes. I adored this doctor. He has to ask hard questions to make sure he is on the right track, which I really appreciated. I wish he would expand his practice to more conditions as I usually go to a doctor once a year for a physical and then after that it is Doc in Box for minor things like sinus due to allergies. I paid for a year. Which is much less than a doc in a box once a year.

CHEAPER, FASTER, MORE EFFICIENT than going to a clinic to sit and wait just to get a prescription for a recurring issue. The service works as promised. I got a call from a doctor within an hour of submitting my info online. The doctor called the prescription in to the pharmacy and it was ready for pick up within 30 minutes. I was able to print a receipt from the online portal and submit it to my flexible spending account, no problem!
