I was very happy with the ease of consulting with a doctor and his professionalism.

So happy I discovered MDproactive. I live a long distance from an urgent care or ER. Also, I saved a wait and a lot of money. I was treated well, and received my prescription in a timely manner.

I was, of course, leery. The doctor was featured on a WGN segment and the Rx went to Walgreens so I wasn’t getting it directly from him. It was the same antibiotic my doctor prescribed last year for a UTI so I knew what it was. There was a medical history form to fill out and the doctor called back in about 20 minutes. Same doc that was featured on WGN. It was a quick, less expensive alternative to taking care of a UTI

Great service! Was suffering from a sinus infection. We were having a Nor'easter snow storm. Filled out questions and doctor called me within 10 minutes. The doctor was very professional. He asked me a few questions about my symptoms and how I was feeling. The doctor told me what he was going to prescribe for medication and gave me instructions. The prescription was called right in to my pharmacy and was ready to pick up within 30 minutes. Was feeling better in a few days. Love that you don't have to leave your home, and be exposed to other people in a waiting room at a doctor's office.

It was fast, easy and affordable!! I got a call within an hour of submitting my questionnaire and had a prescription within 2 hours. Awesome!
