The Dr. called within 20 minutes, talked to me for around 2 minutes due to my daughters pink eye. When I went to purchase the prescription however, it was $75. $75 for eye drops? Now, I have to call again to have another doctor write another prescription for another pink eye drops? If I had gone to my general MD, I could've just called their office and ask them to change the perscription. I didn't save any money on this call, needless to say, its going to end up costing a lot of money for pink eye.

Yeah I got my script but the doctor didn’t even ask any questions about my symptoms. Felt like a back alley drug deal cause the doctor gave no f***s. I’d deff use another company.

I will not use this service again. My phone call was less than two minutes long. The doctor rushed through it. My doctors note was sent before I actually spoke to the doctor so it did not excuse me from work for upcoming time I needed off. The worst part was I had to ask what my diagnosis was. The doctor called told me the meds I was getting based on my online intake and almost hung up until I got a chance to ask what was wrong with me. Incredibly impersonal and definitely not worth the money. Grateful for the prescription, felt cheated by the system.

The doctor was very rude giving 2 stars cause I will use the service again

I informed the physician of effective past treatment with a specific antibiotic. I was prescribed an antibiotic I am allergic to. The pharmacist contacted the doctor to remind him of my allergy and he prescribed an antibiotic that I tried years ago that was not effective.

The doctor called and did not seem to want to listen to the issues I was having or the history I was giving. The doctor asked if I had any allergies to medications and when I picked the medication up at the pharmacy there were none listed. The antibiotic is also not treating the UTI I went to him for.

After waiting an hour for the Dr. to call, the Dr. couldn't understand me, (he had a very strong accent and was very hard to communicate with.) I was calling about a sinus infection and ear infection that I had had treated three weeks prior but still had, ie I needed another round of antibiotics and I was not heard, I had even written it out in the comments to make the call easier. He called in a prescription for something I didnt need. No way to contact again and ask for the correct prescription. He was very short and hung up in less then three minutes. No way will I use them again.

The doctor was not very patient with my 3 year old. He also hung up very quickly after he said he would order a prescription for my child. I wasnt able to ask him some questions about how long my child would be contagious, what things can i do at home to help my child, etc.
