My first exposure to WebDoctors was amazing. The doctor was thorough and helpful. According to their website, follow-up appointments for my ailment are supposed to cost $49.95. When I log in to make an appointment, it wants to charge me $59.95. My emails to them have gone unanswered.

I have been trying to contact the doctor that prescribed me something i cant take. I have sent 2 emails through Webdoctors and still no respnse. There should be a way to reach back out to the doctor if you have cincerns or questions after your appointment is completed! I have used another online doctor site before and there was an opportunity to talk with the doctor via email afterwards. Please have someone contact me!

The doctor called me in about 30 minutes, and he called a prescription in for me. Was able to start meds a couple hours later

Some technical issue keep giving me an error report. When I final gave up and canceled it showed I had an appointment scheduled.

Terrible my usual doctor wouldn't prescribe me my pain medication gabapentin on the grounds that it's controlled. It's not and one of the other doctors was able to prescribe it to me less than a month ago Doctor G isn't doing his job and isn't prescribing meds based on his own personal beliefs. Thanks.

Terrible. This Dr Max, if that’s his real name lied to me. He said he’d give my 87 year old Mother (I am her son and POA so I can speak legally for her!) a round of Vancomycin for her C. difficile until her transplant (FMT) and the pharmacy never received anything. I will never do business with this company again. And this doctor doesn’t give a damn either.

The doctor ordered the wrong prescription. I let him know I’m asthmatic & I need the Cromyln inhaler. Instead the doctor prescribed NASAL SOLUTION! We sent an email through the web letting him know he prescribed the wrong thing. There is nothing wrong with my nasal! They charged us and never resolved anything. Very, Very disappointed and dissatisfied

They took my money knowing the refills I needed (which are not controlled substances where I live) and have no disclosure of not prescribing the medication but then refused. The doctor was arrogant and kept interrupting me. Getting into my new provider here is going to take 2 months because they are so backed up.
