Dr was kind and attentive. However. He told me that he was giving me an antibiotic for 10 days. What I got was 2 different antibiotics for 7 days ea. I was confused.

My experience overall was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I went to add my insurance, it said name was unknown. My insurance carrier is one of the leading carriers so that was confusing. I ended up doing self-pay. Everything else was excellent. Questions were relevant to get to treatment plan and speed of call back from Doctor was quick. Great service for less complicated health issues.

The doctor called within 5 minutes. Asked some questions then sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I needed something quick for an uti. So far so good.

Quick and easy to use, Dentist call back was with in 5 minutes. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the prescribed me a certain antibiotic that I was allergic to even though I wrote it down. My pharmacist caught it and called them back to get it fixed.

My experience with WebDoctors.com was positive. I had an infection that I experienced several times in the last 10 years. I filled out the forms, submitted a picture of the infected area and described how it developed. Less than 6 hours later, the doctor called me back and we briefly discussed what was going on, and the doctor told me which antibiotic he was escribing and how soon I should follow up with a doctor locally. It was a very quick process and I picked up the prescription from my local pharmacy a couple hours after talking with the doctor. I would have given 5 stars, except the website says doctors are available 24 hours/day and 7days/weekly and I thought I would talk to someone shortly after completing the information requested. After submitting my forms, a message told me a doctor would call me the next morning, and they did, which turned out to be fine.

Got a call back within 5 mins. Dr. was knowledgeable. However the doctor had a thick accent and I had to have him repeat himself a few times. Other than that I was very satisfied.

The service was easy to use and I got a call from the doctor in a short amount of time. The fee was extremely reasonable. My only complaint is that I asked the doctor for a prescription for Flovent and when I arrived at the pharmacy, I discovered it was for albuterol. Not what I asked for.
