The prescription I was given didnt work at all. Big waste of money.

I took a Z pac prescribed to me, I still have most of the same symptoms. Not happy at all. I’m glad I didn’t pay more for the medications

Dr was extremely rude and impatient. Kept talking over me and I could barely understand what he was saying.

I don't feel like the doctor really listen to what I was saying as the medicine he prescribed was for an external problem that might have been helpful however I also needed the medication for the internal problem

I got my prescription but the doctor was not very helpful or seemed to know much.He seemed he just wanted to get the phone call over with as quickly as possible to make a quick buck and was not interested in my questions about my condition. Customer service would be a one star.

The good: I got the medicine that I felt would help me. The bad: the MD was difficult to understand and he spent very little time with me.

I could barely understand the physician that called me for my consultation. He was very brusque. If i had wanted terrible bedside manner and a bad attitude, I would have just gone to my local urgent care. He also wasn’t really able to help me with my problem (apparently it’s been too long since my last bloodwork panels). If their limitations for care were more clearly defined, I would likely have given a three star review because I was called fairly quickly and it was definitely a doctor who knew their stuff.

I loved the convenience of this service. However, the physician was rushed and I could not understand him. He ended up abruptly hanging up on me. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, he had prescribed an additional medication that he had never even mentioned.
