Received my call in under an hour after request. I already knew what my problems were (sinus infection/pink eye) and so the process was very quick. Was prescribed antibiotics and I'm on my way to recovery. Not sure how well it would be if you do not know what your problem is. Definitely is for things that are "self diagnosable".

Thank goodness for this Dr service. Went out of town leaving my meds behind that are important. Being New Years Eve my Drs are out of the country and in this small town no UC clinics were open. The Dr called within an hour then confirmed all my health questions and asked several other things. He approved my meds and passed them on to a pharmacy for me. Saved by the Dr need my BP meds and things. 😊 will use them again should I need them.

I’m a nurse and I was visiting family out of state For Christmas and came down with a painful ear infection. Instead of going to an urgent care on a holiday weekend and waiting for who knows how long in an uncomfortable waiting room and exposing myself to more germs from other sick patients and paying around $100 for out of network service I tried an online consultation for the first time. I was VERY satisfied with my decision. I sat on the couch in my pajamas cozy and warm and received care that was quick, easy and convenient. Best $40 ever spent! The doctor called me back within the allotted time frame and within minutes I had a prescription ordered for antibiotics.... I would definitely recommend this service and will use again. I had been waiting at urgent care for over 2 hours and was told it would be at least 2 more hours before they would get to me. As I was looking online for a different option, I ran across this website. There was no way I was going to wait 2 more hours, surrounded by coughing, wheezing people, so I decided to give this website a try. I knew what was wrong with me, knew that I just needed an antibiotic. I went on line, filled out a few forms, and in less than 30 minutes, I was reviewing my symptoms with a physician. He immediately called in a prescription, and about 15 minutes, I was picking up my prescription. To make the situation even better, I paid less than half of what the urgent care would charge. I will definitely use this service again when the circumstances call for it. And I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in the same situation. I’ve already recommended it to 3 friends. Don’t hesitate. It is legit, affordable, and speedy.
