I got a sinus infection onvrr Christmas. New Year’s Day it really kicked in and was nearly unbearable. No urgent care places were open and CVS Minute Clinic wasn’t taking any more patients. The pharmacist suggested this service and I had a doc call me within a half hour and he sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Had meds within an hour. Very happy.

It was New Years Day on vacation, and I woke up with a UTI, nothing open but the ER. Looked online and found mdproactive! I was very sceptical but read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. So glad I did. Dr called in 20 minutes. For 39.00 (4.00 more than my insurance copay and so much cheaper than an ER visit) a script was called in to a local pharmacy. (I had to search for one open). 1 hour later script in hand. So thankful for this service and I highly recommend this for common ailments.

I was on Christmas vacation and my ingrown toenail bacame infected. Because of traveling and visiting family, by the time I realized how bad things had gotten, all the urgent Care facilities were closed. I decided to give an online doctor a try. I took some pictures of the toe and signed in for a phone call appointment, no video. They said there might be a one hour wait, but in about 20 minutes the call came in. The doctor was kind and efficient. He prescribed me antibiotics that I could grab at my local pharmacy. The phone connection was good. I felt that since I sent the picture, a video was unnecessary. The doctor did have a strong accent, but we had no difficulty communicating.

I just recently moved out of state and did not have a primary care doctor yet. After being sick through the holidays it was now New Year’s Day, and I was in desperate need of treatment. I searched locally for reliable doctors and urgent care to no avail. By accident I stumbled on line to MDProactive. I was a little hesitant since I have never done anything like this before... so I read the reviews and they seemed great, so I filled out the paperwork and scheduled an appointment. Within eight minutes of the completion of my paperwork I received a call from Dr. Narendra Garg MD. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt like I was speaking to my old physician who I have known for 20 years back home. After speaking to me Dr. Garg called in antibiotics and medication to my pharmacy right up the street. By the time we hung up the phone, I had already received a text message from my pharmacy they were completed and ready to be picked up. As I was on my way all I kept thinking was this seems too easy, and too good to be true. I couldn’t believe after being so sick, having so much pain and searching for days that this could’ve been possible. I can’t thank MDProactive and Dr. Garg enough! I am already starting to feel better and would definitely recommend them to anyone... and I already have to my family and friends. Thank you! 😊
