It was an easy process to register ( I will be 89 next month.) When you know what is wrong because you have experienced the same symptoms previously (UTI) it saves a lot of time and discomfort when you can get your prescription and not have to wait in the express clinic. It was easy and much quicker than waiting in the local Urgent Care. I was skeptical, but a friend highly recommended. It took about an hour to get a call back (thats what I paid for). The doctor called, we had a conversation, and he prescribed antibiotics. The prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. I highly recommend and will use again. I am feeling much better.
