I have used this service twice for my son and I LOVE IT! This time he has a head cold and an ear infection. It is SO CONVENIENT and worth the $40! All you parents out there know how hard it is to drag a sick child to the docs. Last time my son was sick we waited in the urgent care for 4 hours to be seen. With this service we waited 30 minutes tops from the comfort of our own home, now all I need to do is pick up his prescriptions that are already ready and waiting at the pharmacy.

I was nervous to pay for this at first, but it was quick, easy and cheap! Recommend 100%

Definitely would do this again. Very straight forward process.

Received a call from the doctor within 20minutes of submitting the consultation request. I will definitely use this again as a cheaper alternative to a primary care visit through my insurance for minor illnesses.

Doctor experience was great. I did however call to find out if the doctor would make multiple attempts to call because the first call was disconnected upon answering the phone. The lady I spoke with was a bit condescending, but answered my question. Rating 5 stars because the doctor asked the necessary questions and got my antibiotic ordered immediately. Overall great experience and will use again in the future.

This was my first time using MDProactive and I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family! A doctor contacted me 30 minutes after my request and the process was so quick and easy. I can't believe how much time and money I have wasted over the years before I discovered MD Proactive. 10/10!
