It was quick but the prescription he prescribe did not work for me and i had to pay for and reschedule another consultation to get a different antibody.

GREAT AND VERY PERSONAL

The consultation was quick and super easy. The physician was just not too friendly or gave any details of what he was prescribing.

The service was super fast and worked as outlined. I have a UTI and put in my symptoms and the dr called me back within 15m and talked to me and called in my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. I was very pleased with this. My only issue is the type of antibiotic prescribed works for some UTIs but not all so after I went through all that, I still had to contact my PCP to get treated which is what I was trying to avoid during social distancing. There was no way to contact the mdproactive physician you spoke with again to let them know via the website. The number they call you from is generic and has a generic vm message. Once they prescribe the medicine they are done. If you have an issue they say to contact your PCP immediately so in my case it would have been better just to start with my PCP and save that $39. Again, the service worked as outlined and I had meds super quick, it’s just the meds didn’t work for me so the overall service just did not work for me.

The process was fast and easy, the platform itself was great! I felt rushed on the phone with the doctor, he wasn’t actively listening to my needs. He prescribed wrong dosage of medications when it’s an illness I’ve had for 20 years and have a very clear understanding of what dosages of medications I needed and have worked for me in the past. Would use again in the future if in dire need of medical attention for convenience, but would not be a go to resource after this experience.

I had a first time phone consult today, March 14, 2020 with Dr. Garg. I paid $39.95. We had only spoken briefly before he was rushing me off the phone. I needed him to answer some questions. Although he answered my questions, it was like pulling teeth to get the answers. He was abrupt. The only reason I gave three stars is because he did at lease provide a prescription, otherwise I would have given ONE star. I won't use MD Proactive again.

I started using Proactive MD around early January this year. I had occasional big breakouts around my chin and some here and there on my forehead. At first, I felt like my skin was becoming smoother but definitely would dry out after use of the medicine at night. After over a month, my breakouts have gotten significantly worse. I’m not sure if my skin is just extra sensitive to this treatment but definitely upset with the results. If anything, my acne did not improve and my acne and scarring has gotten much worse. I only recommend if your skin isn’t too sensitive and can take the power of this treatment.

The service was convenient. I received a call back in decent time. The doctor was not interested in discussing alternative treatments, just getting to a prescription and being done.
