I really liked the doctor. He called within just a few minutes of my request. My only hitch was there's no way to get a follow up without paying the fee for a new appointment. (I had an infection that was maybe 75% cleared up but needed more antibiotics to finish up and totally rid of infection.) If I could have paid maybe $10 to text doc, that would have been perfect.

I was visiting from out of state and developed abdominal pain. I called webdoctors and after filling out info on line, I was told I'd get a call soon. Within 15 minutes the doctor called me. Since I had an idea as to what my problem was, he told me what prescription I needed. He asked very few questions about my medical history. That is the reason for giving 4 stars to this service. Otherwise it is a great help to get a doctor about a non emergency health problem.

Update - The dr actually called me back on a holiday weekend and got it all straightened out, so I was able to get my prescription on a Sunday. I paid $150 to get my prescription refilled before I ran out, and the prescription was sent without proper instructions so it was not filled. I am now without my medication and no one has responded to my email. Very disappointed.
