Need an easier way to get in touch with doctor
Fast and easy, but my prescription was not able to be processed at my regular pharmacy; and gave no way to re-contact the doctor to have the prescription sent to another location without having to spend another $40 just to speak to them...

Fee for one-time consultation only, no follow-up
Got a prompt call from the doctor after requesting the consultation. Doctor was very easy to interact and helpful. However, there is no option for follow-up in case the prescribed medication didn't work well. Also, there is no option to change the pharmacy in case the medication is not available or taking longer at the current pharmacy.

Be ready to pay twice as much as you should
Told the doc the med and dosage I was on answered his questions HONESTLY, but he decided to only give me half of the prescription needed!!! Basically this is their way of MAKING OR FORCING you to have to come back and spend another $50 sooner than you should!!!

1 Min phone call
Doctor called me within an hour, but had no idea what my complaint was, asked maybe 3 questions then sent a script. The phone call was 1 min 14 seconds long. I felt the doctor was rushed and didn’t listen to my concerns or ask pertinent questions.
