I thought the cost was not going to be that substantial all other online places said around 50 to $70 not 260.

Did a telemedicine visit to get some antibiotics because the price was right. Response was quick and the system was easy enough to set up. 10 minutes after requesting an appointment the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered called me and immediately started talking over me and accusing me of lying. I did get a script. It didn’t work which is probably not his fault as antibiotics are a shot in the dark without labs. I wouldn’t use this again due to poor quality assurance for their providers.

Dr. Narendra Garg was condescending and dismissive. His treatment goals were not the same as mine, so he denied me the medication I needed.

Provider seemed disinterested.

I don’t have good service at my home so I asked the doctor to hold on while I stepped outside to avoid the call being dropped, but he insisted on assisting me at that moment. I had to tell him to hold on 3 times before he stop refusing! The one throughout the call was not friendly at all and he didn’t seemed like he wanted to help me. At the end of the call I was not notified that I had to pay a price when I picked up my medicine. I would NOT recommend unless you’re desperate! I gave two stars because the response time was quick.

When I put in my zip code, there were only 2 pharmacies that showed up in the entire state of Virginia. The one I chose, the first one to appear on the list, was a family clinic that doesn't even fulfill prescriptions. I wasted over an hour driving there and back, plus the embarrassment of asking for my prescription to be filled when they don't even do that. After I called Mary, she was able to find a lot more pharmacies near me and the problem was fixed. You have a serious problem with the software that lists pharmacies in the area. I am a software engineer of many years, I can tell you professionally that listing the pharmacies on your website is terrible and needs to be overhauled.

Super rushed. The phone call was barely a minute long. I have strep throat and the doctors note I got was to return to work the next day. I was off work an extra 2 days extremely sick. Convenient nonetheless, but really just a quick way for antibiotics and a note.
