I was skeptical when I first came across the site. As I had an abscessed tooth and didnt want to fork out hundreds of dollars for an ER visit, I decided to gjve it a shot, for the cheapest appt possible. Within an hour I was called back, within 3 hours, I had my antibiotics. I am making another appt when it comes time to renew the scripts for my heart and anxiety meds. As I am somewhat on the spectrum and have a deep seated fear of Dr. Offices, and this took out the awkward face to face, the long wait time, and more. Thank you Dr. Garg.

It's a Wonderful service and the doctor was kind. The only thing that needs to be changed is one's ability to change the pharmacy if an incorrect one had been entered earlier. I was told by The Physician that if I wanted to change pharmacies that he had to cancel the call and I had to start all over again. If you could make that process easier then you have one hell of a sight.

From filling out the patient information to picking up my prescription took around an hour and half. The Doctor called within 10 minutes, went over my issue, and called in my prescription to the pharmacy.

It's nice to know when you run out of your blood pressure medicine and you don't have any money for the doctors and you don't have insurance at the moment that somebody's there to fill a prescription for you until you can get insurance and back to see the doctor.

This service was SO much faster and more affordable than my typical trips to urgent care for a UTI.
