MD was professional and very helpful

The service came in handy but the Dr was a bit rude. I needed an emergency refill on my diabetes meds (insulin) and was treating me like I was some sort of druggie looking to get high. He did ask appropriate questions to test my knowledge of the insulin and of diabetes which was good. All in all - it was a decent experience that saved me a lot of hassle.

Love this service! Have used it twice in the past 2 years and it's so convenient.

The doctor was okay. He sounded a bit annoyed or rushed; I am not certain which one. I was able to receive a prescription for antibiotics which helped tremendously since my physical doctor's appointment was going to take a week before I could get in. I was able to get relief of my symptoms before going to the doctor to get the problem fixed.

Glad i was able to get my prescription quickly without going to the doctors. Very convenient. I would had given five stars but physician only gave me two refills.

I needed a medication (Naltrexone) and couldn't find a doctor around here that knew anything about it. MDProactive definitely was knowledgable and ready to help. The doctor called me very quickly and gave me the help I needed. He also wants me to follow up to make sure I'm ok. The price is low, so it isn't a factor in getting good advice. Plus you don't have to sit around in a waiting room with sick people sneezing on you! I would recommend MDProactive.

It was a helpful encounter. My only problem with it was trying to understand a thick accent.

It was nice to just be able to call instead of sitting in a crowded waiting room at an urgent care. I am a little concerned that the doctor didn’t know what a DuoNeb was and had to look it up...
