I had a UTI on Christmas eve. The nearest minute clinic was closed, and there wasn't anyone else in network close by. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars to solve an easy problem. I was in so much pain and frustrated. I signed up, selected my symptoms, and then waited. I received a call with a provider in under 45 mins while sitting on the toilet in horrible pain. The provider was very kind and gave me the best prescription for me. He originally was going to give me a 5 day, but I told him im usually given a 7 day treatment. He had no problem listening to my needs and giving me that. The only thing that went wrong is that he inputted my number incorrect when it was sent over to the pharmacy. They were able to find it by my name so it wasnt a big deal. I had my prescription in my hand by 5pm after using the service around 3pm. 10/10 would use again and recommend
