I needed a prescription fast for a skin infection my elderly mother contracted at garden view acute rehab center in baldwin park ca before coming back to live with me. This skin condition is contagious and nasty, hence facility wanted to cover it up and would not treat her rash. I did not want to wait for my dr. appointment or spend hours in an urgent care center. Called MDProactive got the prescription and started treatment fast.

It was great! The doctor called. Emailed doctors note and called in antibiotics. Easy and affordable. Its just my sons antibiotic dose was not strong enough and had to make a 2nd appointment to get more.

Had a UTI they called me back fast and within an hour I had the med would use them again lot more cheaper and more convenient then going to the Dr

Doctor was very thorough and extremely prompt return of phone call would love to be able to call the doctor back in case of extra questions thank you for your service

The concept is awesome. I filled out the form for a UTI. Doctor called very fast. Said prescriptions would be there in two hours (seemed long and I was in pain). That’s where it went awry. The pharmacy I selected from their list was non-existent. At first they were a little indifferent to helping fix their error. But then they stepped it up and helped. I ended up very late for work due to their mistake. However, it was still easier than urgent care. The price was fair too.

Great service, was told what to expect and all was in order. The Doctor was very difficult to understand. Very thick accent. He asked me what I usually used. It did get me back to health with very little disruption to my ski vacation. Served the purpose for what I needed...

The doctor provided a prescription right away and it cleared up my condition. Provided great emergency services and great advise!
