We received prompt and courteous service. I must say this saved gas and time! We live over an hour away to get to a doctor so it so convenient. The reason for four stars instead of five is that the Dr. wasn't clear about how to get the prescription and it caused a delay.

It was easy to sign up. The call from the doctor was within 10min of my sign up. Doctor sounded skilled and was personable. The reason I am giving 4 stars is my medicare insurance is not taken. Many medicare ins are but not the one I have in my state.

It was quick and easy, but the doctors English was hard to understand.

Had a little problem with prescription being called in. The Doctor and a staff member became involved and handled the problem. They were persistent and efficient until the prescription was received. Amazing follow up.

I tried to get more information of the doctor who kindly helped me; however, I can not access his information on your site--only his name. Webdoctors does not give me the ability to ask a follow-up question. Dr. Michael Pham was absolutely professional and very caring.

I had a good experience, it stated they will call me within the hour it was only 15 min. The Dr. asked me a few questions and my prescription was available within an hour. I was skeptical but i read many of the reviews, and I'm big on reviews. It was very simple. I will use them again. I had to write this review to let others know this is a trusted site and is very helpful.
