I think the service is good but I could not find my pharmacy who recommended me to the service on the list and there should be an easy way to get them on there. The doctor was great but pharmacies that are not a pain in the butt are important and needed these days. And clients want their choice. Quick and easy -- literally signed up, requested an appt, received a call from the doctor and a prescription was called-in to my local pharmacy in less than an hour -- at 11:00 PM at night. Despite the incredible service, their inability to prescribe what is warranted due to policy is at the expense of patients' mental health.

Waited 10 hours to get the call in the first place and was asleep when they did call then had to reschedule to appointment for them to talk to me for 2 sec and only gave me one of the medications I should have gotten just so I Would have to pay another $40 to be called again to get the rest of the meds

Doc was nice n polite. But the script for a ear infection he wrote me was 180$

The Dr was fine, but usually only prescribed 1 week of antibiotics, I know my body it always takes 2 weeks, I've dealt with these utis all my life, yes I've seen a specialist. So I still have the uti because 1 week wasn't enough, now I either gotta go to walk in Clinic or call teledoc again more money.

I like the convince and the price, but everytime i talk, i am rushed and don't really seem to care to listen to me, but for the price and easy to use, i will use again. I just need prescription and for that reason, this works perfect for me.

I need a combination of antibiotics. Not just amoxicillin. Call lasted 45 seconds.

The response was very fast, I spoke to a physician right away however I only received 5 days of antibiotic I was hoping to get 7 to 10 days. I am not sure if my UTI has resolved with only 5 days.
