I felt the consultation call was brief and the doctor seemed kind, but abrupt. I couldn't tell if he is knowledgeable or not regarding TSM as our call was so cut,dry,and short. It feels like I paid $65 for a random doctor to write me an rx, without that MD doing any real consultation. I suppose only time will tell.

The response time was quick the problem I had was the antibiotic prescribed made me very sick even with a meal, had dry heaves which just added to the pain I was in and I still am dealing with the problem, not happy.

I requested a video appointment and the doctor made a phone call, because i have a large skin rush And you charged me like a video appointment

The doctor with whom I spoke did not seem to have reviewed in any real depth the detailed information that I had provided, including such information as specific test results from a recent annual physical examination. In my opinion the doctor was very curt and very unpleasant throughout.

Besides the fact that I could hardly understand him due to poor English, he prescribed a medication different than I expected for no apparent reason. I won’t use this service again.

The Doctor was nice, but had not read any of the history that I took the time to submit. Basically just told me to see my other Doctors. I would not use again.

As someone who is uninsured, telehealth services with small fees such as MDProactive are ideal. My experience only gets 2 stars though. I chose MDProactive because there was no labs necessary, and medication could be sent to the pharmacy immediately. The questions were easy to answer, and I received a phone call within the hour. I had a UTI, and needed medication asap. I was, however, disappointed in the follow up. Four days after I started my prescription my symptoms were not subsiding as fast as anticipated. I was still in pain. So, I sent a message to the support email address, I told them I believed I needed a different antibiotic, or more antibiotics. I told them I would like Dr. Garg to follow up with me immediately. They didn't respond. The next day I sent another email saying I was still suffering. They responded hours later, telling me I would have to schedule a new consultation. I was frustrated and disappointed (not to mention STILL in pain, infection moved to my kidneys) I found another provider to help me, they were surprised that the doctor who treated me (telehealth or not) would refuse to meet my needs as a patient, unless I paid again. I won't use this service again.

While I did get my refills, the doctor was incredibly rude and unkind. Refills are offered as a service, and I paid a fee for that service. He then acts like he’s doing me a huge favor to refill my prescriptions.
