As a nurse I can tell you that the Dr. asked appropriate questions about my condition. And I received the meds I needed. I received a call from the Dr within 30-40 minutes after booking the appointment; which made me very happy. This process so much easier and quicker than going to a primary! The only complaint I haf was with the medical history process online as you have to hit save to add the next piece of history them scroll back up to go to medical history area for each one you need to add instead off being able to add them all at once then hit save. But hey that's a one time thing so,..... its worth it do be able to talk to Dr quickly and get what you need without disrupting your life.
