Very professional, prompt, and thorough

This was a lifesaver! I currently have gap insurance and the co-pay alone was more than my entire expense here (visit + medication). My new insurance does not kick in until next week and I do not currently have a primary care physician. Being able to get the correct medicine allowed me not to miss a day of work and not waste time calling providers to see if they could have fit me in for an appointment. Have already recommended to fellow colleagues!

Consultation was easy and medication called into my pharmacy immediately. No hiccups. Doctor requested a follow-up appointment within a month. This was less stressful than I expected. Very easy and fast

I was skeptical about using this service but I figured I would try it. Well I was highly impressed! I fill out the info on website and within 20 min a doctor called me and I had my prescription within the next hour. I highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again.

Excellent experience. Dr. Garg was efficient, listened to my concerns, and gave the care/prescriptions I needed. Will definitely use MDProactive again!
