The call back was within 20 minutes, the Doctor listened to my symptoms and called in a prescription within an hour. I was in agony with a kidney infection so relief was important on a Saturday. Definitely worth the money, they accepted my insurance and it was very simple.

Wait time was short although it didn’t matter for my situation. I was at home and did other things waiting. Could possibly be better to text me when dr is ready. Dr asked relevant questions and was able to help me.

Had a major tooth ache 11 o'clock at night, the doctor that took my case know exactly what it was, he prescribed antibiotics after 2 days I all most as new. One thing I like about it you can go get service any time of day.😇

I had never had this experience before, but I was very happy with the doctor that called me back. Called back within 5 minutes and was very willing to call in a prednisone Rx for my poison ivy since I’m highly allergic.
