He was polite, prompt, and most importantly concerned not only with how he (my fiancee) was doing today but how he would fare later on. Gotta admit I was very leery scheduling. I just knew this was somehow a scam , that I wouldn't get a callback and then that they wouldn't call in his prescription he desperately needed ( otherwise would've been a hospital trip and Lord know with covid-19 trying to avoid that ). Went smoothly and picked up his prescription in less than an hour after getting off the phone.
