I had a meds refill and it took maybe 20 min for the doctor to confirm and confirm my request.It saves me the me going to the clinic since I don’t have an insurance yet .

Very happy with response time and physician's consult. I only gave 4 stars because I needed my script sent to a military pharmacy to avoid paying $800 for the drug. No where on the Web site do they say you MUST use one of their "preferred" pharmacies. Preferred, to me, means...what they would rather use, but doesn't mean mandatory.

Had trouble getting the Rx. Took 24 hours to finally get it. But, the rest of the experience was good.

Definitely legit, spoke to a Doctor to get my prescription filled but the doctor wasn’t the friendliest.

My daughter needed a school excuse for strep and it took her 3 days to become fever free. No school excuse provided.

They assisted to the best of their ability over the phone. The doctor did prescribe me medication which was helpful. I wish they were more helpful with the doctor's note. I have a condition that doesn't go away in a day but the doctor's note just says "patient treated" on the date. I am going to see if they can do anything about that without having to pay for getting seen for the same thing the next day...

Was much faster than going to Dr.’s office or ER. Dr. Called within an hour, asked questions, listened to my concerns and prescribed medication. Feeling much better.
