I had been suffering from a UTI for a week. I could not secure an appointment with my PCP plus so many rules and regulations from COVID that cause an ability to seek help in a n office setting. I have 4 kids and the kids can not go to the office with me but also cannot stay home by themselves and I have no child care. I signed up for an appointment through MDProactive at 12:15 by 12:30 I was on a facetime call and by 12:50 I had completed the meeting and receive the medical help I ended. It was the best medical experience I have ever had. I usually end up in tears fur to the medical system here in our country. I am grateful for our country's technology but all I here is -"oh, I don't know what is wrong, let's have you go see this person and this person and this person" for a UTI!!!!!! Quick and easy way to get care. Doc got back to me around 45-60 minutes after putting in request and he was very good. Needed a prescription after the visit and that was sent in immediately following the call. Will be using again.

Registering for MDProactive was straight-forward and easily completed. My physician, Dr. Narendra Garg, called me in one hour and discussed my situation with me. He was friendly and helpful, and then prescribed a drug that I thought he might from past experience. He made sure to tell me to call back if I am not better in 2 days, and I will do that if need be. I received the same quality of care I have gotten at my Urgent Care clinics that I have used here in Austin, TX., and with much greater ease, not to mention not having to drive to the clinic and wait in the waiting room with lots of people in this day and time. It was also less expensive than the clinics. I would highly recommend this medical service to anyone.
