Doctor prescribed the medication I needed but diagnostic was made with very little info about patient.

The meeting was brief and to the point, and efficient.

They were quick and efficient. They did not take my insurance so I had to pay $60

They had a very quick response time and got my prescription ordered quickly. I was feeling really sick and was not up for going anywhere, so this was a great option. (And who knows how long I would have had to wait to get an appointment.) I am 52 years old and know when I am sick enough to need more than just rest at home. I would definitely recommend this service. With my current insurance, it was cheaper than going into the doctor's office. The only issue was that there was an error with the way the doctor order my prescription, and after a few phone calls the only way to get it resolved was for the pharmacy to call the doctor office directly. The pharmacy had sent a fax, but they do not respond to those.

My experience was great. However, my prescription was not requested in a timely manner. The only phone number available is a recording to leave a message. Email was sent to support, for which my prescription was called in.

They called with in 30 mins. Doctor was very nice and right on point and sent my prescription right away.

I was contacted quickly. Dr was kind and professional. Super easy process! Only thing they could do to improve would be a way to message the Dr if you have a reaction to the medicine so he can prescribe a different one.
