Easy process and I had a prescription ready for pickup in an hour or so.

This was the fastest, easiest way for me to get help with an antibiotic for a tooth infection. I have no vehicle at the moment and home school three children. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, or leave my house. The doctor on call called within 20 minutes, and we discussed the issue, went over medical history and bam, it was it done. Cheap also, as I don't have insurance. Definitely will use again, and also share experience with other people. Thank you.

The Physician phoned me within one hour of my initial request. I felt that he asked me appropriate questions for my urinary problem. He inquired about allergies also. Within 2 hours, I received medication to resolve my urinary tract infection from my pharmacy. It was a swift resolution. Urinary tract discomfort is painful. It took 2 days on the prescribed medication,to feel a little better. It took the full 7 days to feel normal... would advocate anyone to utilize this service.

It was Sunday morning and I've done what I could on my own for the last 2 weeks or so, but was not getting better...but kept feeling more miserable. I googled top 10 teladoc services and came across this site. I was skeptical at first since I've never done this before...but I really didn't want to also go to an urgent walk in clinic where they make you wait and people with other sicknesses including the coronavirus go... putting me at risk if my ammune system is already low. I selected the VIP for me to receive a call from a doctor within an hour. it was maybe 10 minutes when I received a call. Doctor identify himself and quickly got to the bottom of my symptoms and diagnosed me with sinus infection...which is exactly what I unfortunately thought I had. The call laster for about 5 minutes which it was great. Two prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy and now I am hopefully on my way to feeling better. I have insurance but selected self pay since I have a high deductible anyway. at the end of the call, I received notes of my visit right away along with the doctor information, the prescriptions and where they were sent - . I also received an email with a prescription discount card which this was awesome! I would absolutely will and have recommended this service for things that can be treated without having to be physically seen 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
