Paid for the VIP
Paid for the VIP, but call wasnt received until over an hour later. Doctor explained it was due to call volume, which is understandable. Quick diagnosis and a broad range of effective meds. Would use again if needed.

Low cost and easy to use. I did have to wait a while for a call back but it was worth it!

I have been under insured since cobra ran out and needed my routine asthma meds refilled. I called and the doctor called back within an hour. He questioned me about my asthma and issued the refills. Two refills were one time only and the other was for two refills. He cautioned me how expensive the meds were but did not write to allow substitution. I ended up filling two and the other was cost prohibitive so I did not refill it. It was a bit hard to understand the accent of the doctor but my hearing is not the best. Since my asthma is under control these scripts should last 6 or more months. This service met my expectations and I most likely would use again.

Wonderful idea for those of us that have high insurance premiums/deductibles and have to pay out of pocket. Super easy. The only issue was the Doctor has broken English and kind of tough to understand over the phone. Was very impressed with Doctor otherwise.

It was hard to understand the foreign doctor in charge of answering my call. I was given a prescription that helped so I am therefore quite pleased.

The price was great, call back was quick, and the treatment was good. I made a mistake when selecting the pharmacy and I take responsibility for that. Unfortunately when I tried to get it corrected, the answering service was unwilling to contact the doctor and gave me his email address instead. I emailed him on that email, tried calling back the number he called from, and emailed support with no response from any of those. I also logged into the website hoping to find an option to change the pharmacy -- no such luck. Since the pharmacy was closed on Sundays, I had to wait till the next day to start treatment. Overall, MDProactive is a good value for the price, but make sure all your info is correct or you're possibly better off seeing a doctor who can return your calls and emails.

Just be aware that not only are you likely to pay out of pocket for the (relatively inexpensive) consulatation with the doctor, but your insurance may not cover any medications that the physician may prescribe. A regular antibiotic can cost $65.00 or more.
