The process was really simple, private and the doctor called exactly as the site instructed. I called in the middle of the night/morning and received my call that morning during normal hours. Saved me from taking time from work to go to the doctors office and getting exposed to anything else. Same fee as my co-pay with my doctor, even though I didn’t use my insurance. I will use this service again for non major issues!
