I was pleased with the response time and the fact that I was able to speak to a Dr. However, I explained my condition and the fact that I normally had to take antibiotics for 14 days instead of 10. I was told that a 10 day pres would be called in buy only got a 7 day.so I still need to go to Drnor call again and be ccharged again.

The call back was a little over an hour but it was a Sunday morning so that’s understandable. I received a prescription for the URI. Very little questions asked which can be good or not so good. Follow up instructions were provided via email.

Convenient, quick, and probably saved me a $500 co-pay. Would recommend.

4 stars because the price quoted on the main site was $39.95 but changed to $49.95 once registered. Otherwise really easy. I sent in a picture and filled out a brief questionnaire and the doctor called be back in about 45 mins with a prognosis and prescription.

The process was very quick and easy. Got the right antibiotics I needed and it cleared up the problem I was having. Was literally on the phone for less than 3 minutes though so it would have been nice to be slightly more thorough. But can't really complain at the end of it. Awesome convenient service!

Callback was withing 10 minutes and prescription was easily submitted. Would give 5 stars but the person I spoke to was challenging to understand and sounded like I was inconveniencing him and wanted to quickly end the visit. Call was less than three minutes.

Dr. called me within 2 hours. Called me in meds for my upper respitory infection. and emailed me a dr note. i was pleased with treatment and would use again.
