It was easy to register, and once I clicked the consult button it was approximately 10 minutes and the physician phone me back. I explained my symptoms and that this was a problem I had dealt with in the past. He asked me a few questions and then gave me a treatment plan.

Great! Much better than taking my child to an urgent care.

Couldn’t be easier

I found the online doctors when I was at an urgent care waiting over an hr to be seen and I had an apt. Apparently when you have an apt you still get treated as a walk in. I was battling a uti so I needed antibiotics Pronto. I've had this before so I knew the signs and the antibiotic that works. My first choice we needing care will be Web Doctors before even thinking about an urgent care. Now a days its probably the safe option. I was always skeptical about talking with an online doctor but this changed my opinion. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you are hesitant like I was don't be. All you have to do is give your symptoms and the doctor can do the same thing as a doctor in a clinic or urgent care. Dr. Pham was very kind and personable. I highly recommend this site!
