The entire process including my interactions with the Doctor exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend WebDoctors as an alternative to a more traditional visit to a doctor’s office, and more reasonably priced for sure!

Patient info was easy to fill out & service was quick. Charges are affordable. Within 1 hour Dr had called to verify his needed info. Immediately after doing so he stated he would call an antibiotic in to my local pharmacy. This was done very quickly. So much quicker & cheaper than going to the ER or Quick Care!! Highly recommend this service.

The doctor called me first thing in the morning and asked me several screening questions. He addressed all my questions and gave specific, easy to understand instructions. This was my fist encounter; I believe I’ll have a more complete impression of the service after my follow-up meeting.

I have never used one of these services before. I was not wanting to go in to a dr or urgent care and be hassled with covid drama. Not that it’s not legit,it just wasn’t in my case. So many things can mimic covid symptoms yet it seems some are quick to mislabel. I was in severe smoke from our wildfires for several days and had too much smoke inhalation. It was a matter of bronchitis and a possible URI. But bc of all the covid crap I knew I’d be treated like I had the plague and I wasn’t having it! I was pleased to easily find Webdoctors and navigate their site effortlessly. Much cheaper than a visit considering I haven’t insurance. But even with it,this is so much more affordable. I received a call within the hour and had meds shortly afterwards. I was treated for bronchitis/URI,exactly what I had. Nothing more and no covid questions. I found that to be very professional and a respect shown for my privacy. I started late yesterday and this morning I was already feeling better! Thanks so much for this awesome service and for taking your oath to “care for and treat patients with the utmost respect” seriously! I’m sure your business loses out on money but you are genuinely helping people,that’s got to feel good! I will use you again and recommend you to all of my family and friends. God bless y’all!
