Dr. Pham was awesome! I worked with physicians for 10+ years... he expressed better bedside manner through a phone call than they did in face to face visits with patients! It only took about 15 minutes to receive the call, my issue was handled very appropriately. He understood my medication allergy history and sent in the appropriate medicine. No driving to an office and waiting while having to wear a mask! As a self pay patient this was sooooo much cheaper than an office visit! Now if only my pharmacy will cooperate! :)

Quick response time and nice friendly doctor who listened to me and asked about history , then called in prescription.

Fast and easy. Got a call back in less than 20 minutes even though it was evening around 8pm. Actually spoke to the same doctor that I had used before about a year and a half ago. I had the same problem, sinusitus, and he had the information from the last time. Just gave me the same prescription.
