Dr put in wrong prescription. I sent a message about it and didn't receive a reply. The pharmacy called and fixed it.

Was not happy with the results of conversation.

I think my eye was to much for the prescription that the Dr gave me .I ended up going to a another Dr today .and she gave me oral antibiotics .I explained that I had this before and had many eyedrops .but he was a very nice man I would definitely call again and use him and your Service. Thank you

I prefer doctors who listen to my overall history and symptoms.

It was a very basic call with someone who appeared to be an amateur! What a waste of money.

The app was great and easy to understand and got me on the right path, when the dr called he didn’t believe me because the symptoms I was feeling weren’t typical in males, but on a Saturday I didn’t have much of a choice because it didn’t warrant a trip to the ER. Was ok in a pinch but the dr who called soured my experience.

The experience was professional. The physician was through in his examination and understood the medical issues discussed. His diagnosis was helpful and understood. A treatment plan and followup was agreed upon .
