I woke up on a Saturday morning with symptoms of a Urinary tract infection and a lot of pain. The nearest Urgent Care was full of people seeking Covid testing. So I was desperate. Internet search turned up this place. So I gave it a try. Filled out the requested information and payment information and got a call from doctor in less than 30 minutes. A few quick questions later he said he was calling in a prescription for me. He was a little hard to understand through his thick foreign accent, but we managed to communicate. I picked up my prescription a couple of hours later, and started recovery.

The doctor responded immediately! He prescribed an antibiotic and I’m on the mend. I was able to quickly pick up my prescription at my local pharmacy down the street. It was easy with no fuss and I finally got relief from this sinus infection!

The doctor who called (in less than 15 minutes after I submitted the forms) was extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable taking medical advice from this type of service. He was willing to give me a choice of which medication I could try first based on my prior experiences which I appreciated and told me how I could follow up with him if it wasn’t doing the trick. My only negative is that I couldn’t get the visit paid by Medicare although my supplement did cover it albeit with a copayment I don’t have on Medicare. But for an infection that required a quick antibiotic to stop it from progressing this was a whole lot faster and easier than making an appointment with my doctor and waiting to be seen not to mention driving to and from the office. I’d definitely use this service again.
