Made the process easy to take care of a UTI while travelling and not able to see my regular Doctor.

After submitting my request, I was contacted within 15 minutes. The Dr. who assisted me asked the right questions and was knowledgeable. He was awesome and was able to get my prescription to my pharmacy ASAP. I was able to pick up my prescription within 2 hours after the phone call. Highly recommend when non-emergency situations arise.

Really like the convenience of visiting with a Doctor over the phone for diagnosis and prescriptions. I had swimmers ear from lake swimming all last week in Minnesota and needed relief from this painful and disorienting feeling. I would have given 5 stars if a Doctor was on call 24 hours. However, they open at 6am and he called soon-after. I also found out that Walgreens is no longer open 24/7 in my town. So, basically, I wouldn't have gotten the medication until 8am in the morning anyways (when Walgreens pharmacy is open). Give it a try next time you are not feeling well. My wife and I have benefitted from this wonderful service at least 3 or 3 times in the last year.

wasn’t very nice and took a day later than I thought but did get the job done! That’s all I care about!

Excellent customer service was very satisfied and it was very quick

I got what I needed, but the Dr. didn’t ask my name or DOB to verify my identity, so that was odd. He asked my symptoms and said he was sending my prescription, but didn’t tell me what he was giving me or how to use it. At least I didn’t have to waste time and money at an urgent care.
