I loved this service. Neither my husband's nor my insurance's virtual providers covers the whole family and my daughter was crying out in pain due to an ear infection at 8pm. So quick and the expedited service option is about what I would have paid for an urgent care but without the long wait and hassle. HIGHLY recommend and will use again

This service is a life saver! I was too sick to get to the doctor and needed a prescription. I was able to get advice from a trusted web doctor and get a prescription sent to my pharmacy in about an hour. With in another hour I was resting and on my way to recovery. This was my first experience and it was so pleasant and such a relief. I am a senior lady and I knew what I needed but my Doctor was out of town. We were advised to go to urgent care, however it was snowing very heavily and not safe to drive. In desperation I called Web Doctors even though I was a little uncomfortable doing this online. The doctor called me back in 5 min, was professional, knowledgeable, and called in my rx immediately ,which was later delivered. So amazing. On a very unsafe day, all problems were solved and for a very fair fee. This was an incredible experience and saved the day. Will definitely use this service again.

Convenient and affordable. I knew I had a UTI because I get them occasionally. Being able to do an appointment over the phone and not have to go to a quick care or wait for a doctors appointment in person is convenient , and to not possibly be around sick, contagious people is a plus. I had a prescription at my pharmacy within the hour. Definitely happy with this experience.
