Got what I needed. My regular doctor was unavailable on a Friday and I was very low on my thyroid medication. I was going out of town on a week long trip and wanted to be sure I had my meds before I left. The MDProcative doctor called in a month supply to my regular pharmacy. So, I got what I needed. I tried to get two other RX called in but he wouldn't do it. Granted, they were not urgent, so it didn't matter. I also asked about ED meds, which I don't have an RX for, but was informed I would need to make a seperate ($50) appointment to deal with that. I guess I wanted to get my money's worth for the call. Seemed like a waste of money since I can have my regular doctor write me an RX...

The call back was quick. I did have a little difficulty explaining the exact location of the issue, and the size of the mass but all in all it was good.

Prompt call after ~45 minutes. Doctor was unfortunately very stand-offish and clearly didn't want to talk on the phone.

They were great. Got a call back in an hour and a prescription in 15 min.

First time using this service and I was amazed how easy It was. I read the reviews online because I was skeptical at first but the dr did call me back in about 45 mins and sent in the prescription ASAP. However, I wish the dr asked me more questions about my symptoms and what I’m experiencing even though I knew I had strep. I would definitely use this service again and It saved me $150 that I would’ve spent at an urgent care near by.
