Super easy process and when you feel bad that is a bonus for sure. Easy online forms to complete, ability to give proper amounts of info before the dr calls you back so no time is wasted for either of you, called within a reasonable amount of time, provided medications and hopefully on the way to full recovers from a deep rooted sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection.

Overall, my experience with MDProactive went well. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I ended up being in a location with poor cellular service; the result was that I couldn't take the call from the doctor. MDProactive refunded my appointment automatically, which was nice. The second time I scheduled an appointment, I spoke with the doctor and they sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. However, something went wrong with the "sending" process, and the prescription didn't actually exist. I had to call MDProactive support to have the prescription re-sent. The support person was quite kind and helpful, but I would have preferred not to spent extra effort contacting support. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I was able to get the advice and prescription that I needed.

Nice gloves overall with one downside. The gloves look great, the features like draw string, zipper, elastic wrist string are all great. The only real drawback was even tho no water ever seeped in to my hands, the cloth material outside soaked up a lot of water which made it heavy. I guess the Gortex layer is on the inside lining not the shell. overall pretty good tho.

I was called back within the hour. My doctor for straightforward and understood my symptoms. He was able to provide a diagnosis promptly and contacted my pharmacist with a prescription within the hour.

Good to have the ability to speak with a doctor without having to get out of bed. I wish the doctor would have been more pleasant, he was very rude and cold. But at the end of the day he got some medicine sent to my pharmacy.

Was having a difficult time getting an appointment with a needed specialist. Contacted MDProactive and was able to get assistance within an hour. Wish you took insurance! Was having a little trouble understanding the doctor, who I assume was Indian. Thank you MDProactive.
