My condition is something I've experienced before. Instead of taking off work, I opted for an online consultation. I explained exactly how past treatments worked and asked if that could be prescribed. It was not. I had to call for another consultation because the treatment I recieved didn't work. The second time, it was resolved with the medications I asked for. I spent $80 for the prescription that didn't work. Only $12 for the one that did. I was charged for two consultations plus $80 in medications that didn't work. I've emailed and called regarding their "no questions asked, money back guarantee." I feel I'm entitled to compensation the first prescriptions and one consultation fee. I'm only asking to be refunded for one consultation fee. They are not honoring their guarantee.

The wait time is terrible. I have tried to use this service several times and I am told the wait time will only be an hour or so. It has turned out to be 8+ hours! I get very impatient waiting for them to call and I have decided to no longer use the service because of the horrible wait times.

Doctor was rude, and not very helpful. Would not use this service again.

The physician was great and deeply appreciated what he did for me . But....I was double charged!! 39.95 x 2! Terry

Friend referred me. He purchase 30 pills for 27 dollars. I go to pick up 30 pills and they want 734 dollars. Called only to receive message center with no call back. So far customer service and the ability to talk with someone is nonexistent.

I was asked if had allergies to medications, first I said no and then remembered sulfa said “oh, sulfa”. He prescribed sulfa. I didn’t notice and took two doses. Spent the night in the ER with adverse reaction.
