Never was able to get the prescription. The pharmacy said they never received it

Doctor messed up dosage, just an antibiotic,so pharmacy could not fill perscription. Called support and was told there was nothing they could do and we should just pay for another appointment. Generally a worthless service.

Great response time for consultation and prescription was filled very quickly after.

Waste of my time, I realized the doctor didnt read any of the information I added to the system before the call, he was an indian doctor with bad accent, so I couldnt even understand what he was saying. waited for 2 hours to get the call, instead of the less than 1 hour promise callback. The guy decided to cancel my appointment since he says they only do basic primacy care visits and cant prescribe antibiotics for my gastritis even tho I had provided all the records, lab results, endoscopy scans, biopsy results, and prescription formula from my former doctor in my home country.

If there was ZERO stars, I'd select that. This is a joke. When you open up to your addiction, medication you are taking, get denied and humiliated, and hung up on from an Eastern Indian, step back. Don't use this service. If it Quacks like a Duck from India? It's a Quack or a Rat that drinks milk. Don't forget, the first step to a cure is admitting you have a problem. I did that to MDProactive and my consultation was a camel backs hump of a joke filled with booze. If there was a better service I had to walk too, say 10 miles round trip, with now shoes. I'd pick that. Can I keep going like Robin Williams would finish this review? Sure thing. Oh, he's gone, Dr. from Eastern India. I'll send milk for the rats. Keep my deposit.

So rude. Didn't explain anything about my questions. Was dismissive and uncaring.

I had a consult via telephone for a small fungal infection I got while on vacation. I received a prescrition for 10 days. To my dismay after my 10 days were finished I still had the infection. This time I made an appointment with my local physician. He confirmed my diagnosis but said any fungal infection should be treated for no less than 30 days. So in the end I paid for 2 appointments and 2 prescriptions for the exact same medication. As a self pay patient this was costly. Extremely disappointed.
