Fast response worked well

The doctor assigned to me called me back in less than an hour. He completely understood what medication I wanted and why I needed it. It did not take him long to decide to prescribe it for me, and phone the prescription in to my local pharmacy. My own primary care doctor could not give me any appointment or advice for 6 weeks!

Quick call back and very accommodating.

Overall this was a simple, discrete procedure. My doctor had a very distinct and heavy accent, and I struggled to comprehend what he was saying the first time, so he had to repeat himself several times. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The doctor called me very quickly after I put in the consult request. And got the prescription in right away which I was grateful for. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the fact the doctor sounded irritated the whole time.

Dr called fast and was no nonsense. He asked a couple questions and prescribed medicine.

Doc was very prompt in calling back and giving the needed support! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the challenges I had in registering online and the telephone support to do that was inadequate.

Much better than going to urgent care and paying an arm and a leg and just as effective as going. Very convenient and reliable.
