The website says insurance is accepted however once insurance information is entered, the validation page hangs up. Multiple attempts were made to proceed with insurance, all failed. I emailed about this two weeks ago, no response. Just update your page to say you DO NOT accept insurance

If you don't have insurance and need to get a prescription fast for non emergency things like antibiotics, this is the place for you. It's very fast (I was called within 30m of sending a request) and it works (picked up my prescription with no issues and they even send a discount) If you, on the other hand, have something more serious, you aren't sure of what you have, or you need to talk to someone with empathy and care, this is NOT for you. The call lasted a couple of minutes and the doctor was in a hurry to end the call. The doctor also did not show much empathy and was short and cold. I have used other services where at least the doctor was on video, this was a short call and the doctor appeared to be doing something else. Still, since it is legit and did solve my issues, they do deserve 3 stars.

Service is good except price is different from advertised. Check the website 39.99 for prescription after I fill out everything I have to pay 59.99 for the service

I liked that a Dr called me within 30 minutes. Prescribed an antibiotic however my pharmacy was closed on Sundays. Tried to change it to Walgreens on the portal. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours from your company to tell me that pharmacy was closed also. I PHONE call from someone within your organization prior to an email 6 hours later would have been appropriate. I went another day without the antibiotic.

When I googled it said $39.95 for UTI when I went on the website and signed in it was $59.95

Dr encouraged me to get my own doctor. I take estrogen. Have taken it for 11 years. This was a big turn off.

The sign up process was time-consuming and difficult. They wouldn’t take my Medicare insurance. I spoke with the doctor for less than five minutes for $59. I was careful to tell him that I had only signs of a bladder infection, not a kidney infection, as I am a retired nurse practitioner and knew that was important. I said I have no fever chills nausea or vomiting. Right after that he said, so do you have any fever chills nausea or vomiting? I replied, you’re not listening! I just told you that. Not impressed. Happy to save a trip to town, which is 45 minutes away, and on our island, there are no urgent care clinics on Sundays.
