Cancelled appointments
They cancelled my appointment within 15 minutes of appointment time without reason twice! Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone

Disappointed.
The doctor made a call fast, but the medication no even send it to the pharmacy. I got UTI and hurts very bad. And i just waste my money using WEBDoctor, in the end i still go to ER.

Charged $80 for literally nothing
My 20 year old daughter who is at home with us from college for the summer has Covid. Positive tests. My wife has severely compromised immune system and is on rituximab and methotrexate infusions, which take down her immune system. We did an $80 session with WebDoctors.com to get Paxlovid and treatment meds for Covid. The Paxlovid was to reduce viral load due to my wife's super high risk status. The doctor refused to prescribe the medicine or any other helpful medication. My wife has had Covid 4 times and been hospitalized more than once. $80 session for "don't worry about it - you and your Mom will be fine." Waste of money and I will be charging this back with my credit card company as no meaningful service was provided.

I cannot connect with the DR to get…
I cannot connect with the DR to get more refills?? he said we would connect 3 weeks after subscribing the medication to evaluate but no response?? 150 for first consultation and 25 a month after including the cost for the prescription. I've tried to reach out but no response. Tried to look him up with NO Success. since you are the main contact I need this prescription ASAP. Please help. This is NOT a Review but need assistance!!

Fraudulent Medication prescription
Medication prescription sent to a pharmacy after asking for it to be sent to me directly and will not correspond after several attempts. Furthermore, contacted the pharmacy to see if they would send the prescription or just cancel it and the pharmacy stated that they do not do oral medication only IV medications, so they were not sure why they would send the prescription to them. The pharmacy verified that they do not have an order in my name.
