This was about the level of service I receive from Indian call centers. I took the time to submit pictures and write out my symptoms, and his questions revealed that he did not spend a single second reviewing any of my information. He seemed generally disinterested. He claimed to send in a prescription; my pharmacy never received it. This might be a scam Update: after posting this review they finally called in the prescription, only to cancel it minutes later and call me to tell me I'm racist. It's always easier to vilify a wronged customer than it is to improve on your flaws. Please, just do your job next time

Unacceptable, unprofessional, rude! Some man with a thick Indian accent called with a Cambodia caller ID, hung up saying go somewhere else when asked how the site said it will not charge till consultation is complete, but my card was charged before anyone ever called me. NowI have to wait for the charge to be credited back for god knows how long for not getting any service except a rude jerk on the phone that needs to learn how to talk to people properly. Don’t waste your time & money here!

The doctor stated how it was between me and him wrt trust. I tried to explain to him that I believe it should be between me and myself, not me and him. He actually belittled me and did not listen. Keep my money. I will go elsewhere for help. You folks need different “set” of doctors.I also have a PhD in mathematics, I am no doctor though. Obviously. The arrogance of the guy I talk to though was astonishing. I wish for other people, besides myself obviously, That MD proactive got it together.

Thought I'd try this as I was having some uncomfortable groin pain that would not subside. I went through the online informational steps and even added some finely detailed information as to my current situation thinking it would help speed up the process... The appointment was made for a phone only call. Not sure if I was comfortable showing my private parts via the internet with the video conference. After about 45 minutes or so, I received a call from one of the MDP doctors. The first rattle out of the box, I couldn't understand a word the doctor was saying due to the overly thick Indian accent. These doctors should be screened for their ability to communicate properly. Secondly, I would have assumed that the doctor making the call would have reviewed my information and have at least a basic assessment of my situation. WRONG! First words out of his mouth... Doc... "So what's going on" Me... "I am experiencing groin/testicle discomfort possibly due to a work injury" Doc... "I am not going to be able to prescribe you and pain medication for this" Me... "Excuse me?" Doc... " I will not charge you for this today, go see a local Doctor" So my take??? This service is NOT a replacement for seeing an actual Doctor. Probably good for a runny nose and or slight fever, maybe. But nothing else. Final note, I just wanted to thank Obamacare and our worthless, spineless, conniving congresscritters and all those that profit grossly from the Medical Industrial Complex. Without you, Average hard working Americans like me would STILL HAVE AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE!

I wanted to rate zero but could not, I am being charged for stuff I did not order!! I don’t know who ordered this on my credit card!!!!

Spent 45 minutes filling out profile only for the doctor to not spend 1 second reading it. Price quoted is different than price charged

MD did not ask me any questions. He was hard to understand. He was only on the phone with me for 5 seconds.
