I travel a lot and had no time to see a doctor. I signed up, got a call back within the hour from a doctor with a very heavy accent (I could barely understand him) who quickly prescribed me drugs I was clearly allergic to (as shown on my profile, that he did not read). The entire visit was under five minutes. I called the number on the site after realizing what had been prescribed may have killed me to be greeted by a grumpy operator somewhere in ILLINOIS. He gave me the support email (I was not comfortable getting an email address, I wondered when I would hear back from support) the doctor called me back within half an hour and actually argued with me that I was allergic to penicillin. He asked me about my reactions and when was the last time I had had penicillin. I could not believe it, he was willing to gamble? THE LESSON is IF you are going to use this service ALWAYS check what you are getting. I was disappointed but glad to NOT be having my stomach pumped in the ER right now. I want to know what will be done to correct this doctors actions and if there is a rating service for doctors who frequently make mistakes? There is no way to review the doctor that was assigned to me OR report his actions.

My pharmacy needed a follow up from the doctor and he isn’t responding so the whole thing was a waste of time and money!!

Don't waste your money. Yes, a doctor calls you, but they cannot treat you without seeing you. If you need forms or a note, it says it was generated online without a physical examination right in the middle of the note. You are better off writing it yourself.

The doctor seemed like he didn’t even care about what was actually wrong, he was in a hurry to get off the phone and on to the next customer. I probably could have asked for some serious drugs, and he likely would have prescribed them to me. He also said I wasn’t contagious, but stated that he believed I had pink eye. This makes me question his medical license. Does he even have one? Overall highly disappointing and I likely won’t use this service again.

My call with the physician had terrible connection. We did not have a conversation even. He did not listen to what I even said. He just called in several medications to the pharmacy. The pharmacist couldn't believe it and would not even let me get all the medications he prescribed. Would not recommend.

The doctor waant rude but I couldn’t really understand him very well. He oscribed an oral steroid and an antibiotic drop and I’ve been taking them for 3 days and my symptoms are not any better. I used this service because I don’t have medical insurance so I don’t have a pcp. There was no option to get back in touch with the doctor without paying for another consolation so now I’m going to have to go to the ER. I spent $50 on this appointment and $129 for the prescription and now I’m going to have an ER bill on top of that.

They misdiagnosed my son and gave him the wrong RX, then when I asked for a refund per the money back guarantee they did refund, but asked me not to use their service again. Very rude for a company to act this way, especially when I've had a previous visit that went normally. Notice - the 5 star reviews were "invited" by MDProactive to review
