I have used this service many times and I gave it great reviews. You pay the dr calls right back no matter what time it is. The advertisements say 24/7 I had talked to the dr many times in the middle of the night with no problem at all. Well no call came in to me so I called his answering service and they said he had 2 hours to call back meanwhile I’m crying because I had a terrible UTI So exactly 2 hours later I called back they connected me to the dr first thing he said is that I don’t pay attention it says he is available until 7am I’m sure he could see my chart every other time I called was past midnight anyways he said the pharmacy is closed lol this truly is laughable with all the 24 hour pharmacies on nearly every corner anyways he was exceedingly rude and told me he would not send in my pills until 7am after begging him he finally sent it on. He told me never to bother him again And hung up on me. Ok so I’m confused this is a service you can use when the dr is closed or if you can’t get to one. If the dr is not available until 7am they need to say so. His answering service should have definitely known this information. He kept yelling at me to read where it says he’s not available during certain hours. I looked and saw nothing like that. Just 24/7 advertisements, I’m puzzled because I looked back through my chart and every time which was 5 times I called after midnight. so they are really not s 24/7 business there are tons of there kind of drs if you google it I highly recommend going somewhere else like dr on demand. This dr charges only 40 dollars that why I used him but he pretty much told me never to use his service again. I know this is long I’m sorry but this dr was so rude it was appalling! I was crying begging for meds it should not come to that over some antibiotics.

I would probably use a different online doctor in the future. My prescription for antibiotics was only for 10 pills, making it necessary to spend another $39 to call in again, plus another prescription, which would have been unnecessary if he had prescribed enough antibiotics to get rid of the infection. Unacceptable.

I used this service for a simple refill of my diabetes medication ( metforman and glimepirde both are very basic meds for diabetes. The doctor who called in the prescription it must of been to much for him to handle because two days later it still is not done. A waste of 59.00

First time using MD Proactive. After talking to the Doctor and getting a prescription, I realized that my regular pharmacy was closed. I have spent all day trying to get the doctor To call back so I can give him updated pharmacy information.

I am completely satisfied with MDProactive and the service I got, however not so fond of your billing service! I was charged $39.95 as expected on 4/23 and AGAIN on 4/25. Please remove the second charge immediately. Thanks Kathleen Tierney

Super fast call back, informative and attentive.

I was overcharged a whole other appointment charge and I have been emailing MDProactive for a week trying to get the mistake resolved. It is impossible to get a response to my numerous emails and there is no customer service phone number that I can find. I was able to get the antibiotics I needed was easy, but I don't appreciate them charging me twice and keeping it. I hope they read this because it is just wrong to ignore a customer concern such as this. They turned what could have been a great experience into a bitter one. Instead of telling everyone how great it was, I am inclined to not recommend them due to a total lack of customer service.
