4 1/2 stars is more appropriate. I choose the "Video" chat option which cost more because I thought it might make for a quicker response. I ended up getting a phone call. The doctor was patient and friendly. And he refunded me the "video" upcharge. It took about an hour for the doctor to call - which was a little frustrating. However, the doctor was confident and seemed knowledgeable. My only concern was that it wasn't obvious to me what would happen next. There was a link to join a video call, but nobody joined me there. If they can make the expectations more clear, than this can be a much better service. All that said, I received a diagnosis and prescription for an ear infection; and my medical problem was solved within a few days.
